Usually just a Bill of sale and DLYou don't have to have one. He (and some other sellers) want the buyer to have one to prove that you're not in any trouble/have or had any issues so it doesn't come back on them for selling to you if something goes array.

Well shit i will see if i can get one ASAP yeah i never planned to carry so didnt figure id need one plus this is only going to be my second pistol. I have owned tones of rifles.....Its cool i understand though id be scared to and if i was a kid in school looking for a gun id be even more suspicious lol:police:

You can have a pistol and rifle as long as your not a FELON and you can have one in your house loaded without a GFL...You can also have a pistol in your car unloaded without a GFL....But you can not buy a Gun from me without a GFL.....Understand?

I understand completely. Im about to get a place with my girl and want to get a pistol. I didnt think you had to have one just to keep one in home, but it never hurts to double check. I also understand you wont sell to anyone without one, I dont blame you. When I get a job I will be getting my GFL for sure, I was just curious.

hey i thought last jamuary they passed a law in georgia stating that your car was an extension of your home so you can put a pistol in the glove box. whether it said loaded or not is another story but whats the point of having an unloaded gun when you have a loaded one pointed at you? i was with my girlfriend(not pulled over but she was) and i had my glock in plain view and it was loaded, the cop unloaded it until they left and handed me the magazine back but never said it had to be unloaded. so if your car is an extension of your home you should be able to have it loaded. either way if you get pulled over the first thing yo do is surrender the weapon, it's for their safety.
