Designed for the Indian market to compete on the high end of the low budget market (top of the line Nano's).

i actually kinda like this one. why is it so hard to believe that the american market will eat stuff like this up? i mean that would sell like hot cakes here.

It's really small. Not kei small, but small.

I actually think that this needs to be the proper CRX replacement. Bring the base model as the CR-X HF, and throw the R18 with proper VTEC in for the CR-X Si.

I thought this pic looked pretty good too.

Because the average American driver would rather make their 30-40 mile daily commute in a 4,000lb sedan as opposed to this coffee can on wheels while surrounded by 18-wheelers and soccer moms on cell phones. :2cents:

I like it though. This kind of car would be perfect if you lived IN a big city where mobility is a problem.

take it most of the american population likes big cars, and indian market is filled with micro cars. I doubt it will give Nano run for it's money.

For a car smaller then the kei series it sure have some nice brakes....looks like 4 piston calipers in the front.

It's teh same with most motor companies. But I think they usually have numbers to back them up. As for small cars, the Fit is the one I see most, then the Yaris, which of course, I see the Fit as a the bigger of those two. But really, not a whole lot of others, at least in this market.

Now, in a city, or congested urban setting, I could see them being handy, but many bigger cities, have public transportation that a lot of would be buyers use, vs. buying a car.

But I know what you mean. I would love a small diesel truck, but they just don't relese them on the US market.

Mahindra is bringing over a diesel next year.

Yeah, I signed up for the e-mail alerts on that. They are doing a tour with some of the trucks and will have demo days around the country. Ugly to the point I kinda like it!

Oh it's ugly alright. I just got word that a Mercer employee has an unused Isuzu diesel sittin'. I'm gonna see if I can pick that up. ;)

this new honda looks better than the nano. I rather roll in the nano for 2500 rather than the 9grand hondas trying to sell it for.
