did you buy that from a guy in macon?
If so, you should check the underside of the hood for rust because the car i'm thinking of had the same, the bumper has been tucked(like this one)same mirrors, same wheels, and same color(My old car) But it had a perfect hood. I'm saying check the hood because once of the guys that lives around there had an fa with a rusty hood and just covered it and bondo and probably swapped it before he sold/traded the car.

Well to answer your question, answer this question. What has been done to it, performance wise?

ps2man21

performance wise

nothing at all

A header going to a straight pipe that replaces the cats will give you the most gains. (The RB "street port" complete exhaust with the road race header, dual connecting pipes and Powerpulse Race muffler is the best if you don't mind a bit of noise). An upgrade to the carburetor and intake manifold are the next step when you've removed that AWFULLY restirctive stock exhaust (with this and the exhaust you have done pretty much all the real performance mods you can do without touching the engine internals, intake, exhaust, and fuel delivery, I suppose you could do ignition and light flywheel etc.) Racing Beat sells great Holley kits, or you could use a Racing Beat Webber, or even f you want to keep the stock intake manifold and have a carburetor that will bolt righ up, order a Sterling carb at www.sterlingmetalworks.com . http://re-speed.com/ has big brake kits, coil overs, springs, shocks, swaybars, strut bars for the turns. That's pretty much all the best options laid out there.

Oh, and if you upgrade the carburetor, you will need an upgraded fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator.

My setup:
13B swap
Dellorto DHLA 48 Carburetor
Holley Blue 110 GPH fuel pump
Holley FPR
Racing Beat Dellorto mounting upper intake manifold
Racing Beat Road Race Header
Custom straight pipe
Racing Beat Powerpulse muffler
2nd Gen Direct Fire electronic leading ignition(2GDFLIS)

Engine makes low compression, but a healthy motor on my setup is estimate between 180 and 200 whp, for a 2300 pound car it aint too shabby, and if you've ditched the AC, and heavy stock header and muffler, you're looking at a 2100 pound vehicle. And by then you're awfully close to Lotus Elise weight and power specs.

I have a very similar setup on my RX3. It has a Ported 13b with a holley carb, Holley fuel pump, FPR, Racing beat header, straight pipe and a racing beat muffler. Car has about 200 hp and about 1800 lb and shorten gear. Fun car indeed!!
