SUSPECT: yeah, yeah, yeah i know it sounds like all the others.. but its a:

Red Eg Hatch
Lowered
Steelies in the back and some type of wheels in the front, most likely oem
It had the drag holes in the rear bumper

How it happened:
[I drive an Integra]I drove all the way to Buford highway to see my GF. As i drove in the parking lot, i spotted the red eg next to a sounds/audio installation area. He was a hispanic male. Everywhere i drove, his eyes followed. I even saw him trying to figure out where i parked also. but i just thought he was admiring my car, but shit i was wrong. 2 hours later, came out to my car , sat down, stuck my key where the ignition was, and it was all hanging down. They broke my whole ignition and left wires hanging down. I sat there and was like wtf? so i just reported it.

I was mad at first, but then i just laughed it off! :lmfao: nothing taken or broken. they even left the screw driver in my car! Even more funny is, i had a decoy kill switch stuck on my steering panel and they FLIPPED IT! i guess the screw driver was used to turn the white part of the ignition on.

my car wouldnt turn on w/ my key, so i just used their attempted technique and turned it on

IT WORKS! So anybody without one better get one quick. I'd hate to see anyone's car stolen at the beginning of the year.

holy shit! that car sounds like the guy who tried to steal my prodrived outta the back of my truck on buford hwy. i was at a tire shop ( the big yellow mexican place lol) and i was carrying my tires in when i came out some guy was by my truck and he was certainly startled . he looked up and asked if i knew somewhere that sold rims? LOL i was like no... sorry and grabbed my wheels and went inside. He was driving a red civic hatch with two cheap rims in the front and steelies in the back. HE had long hair and looked to be about 25

if you can get the car drivable then they might take it.......first you need to get the car to start seeing that its missing so much and if the thief does get the car started as soon as you hit a bump the front end falls off............so thats a challenge to even look at your car let alone take it....
