Ever since Carfax quit the unlimited deal, I doubt you're going to find someone that pays $45 for 5 and gives one away.

I didn't realize they had quit doing the unlimited deal.

I'm sure someone still has access if they work at a dealership. (I used to get them like that, but the person I knew there quit and they changed the password when he left..doh)
