its a low compression k24 $300 block at most and a bare type s head $400-600? $50 head gasket i hope that thing has at least $2000 in head work...

the cams and valve train are worth around 1k prob....maybe less, maybe more(depending on mileage)

if the headers, intake, injectors and fuel rail came with then he may can get what he wants. especially if the head has port work with the intake...but it is his engine. let him post it for what he wants. lol.

id give 1500 for the head and block.
