Well I live with 2 other guys in a house.

We all quit smoking cigarettes at 11:59 on new years. 3 days in, so far so good. I actually am enjoying not having a sore throat or dry mouth in the morning.

Cut back on all the ganga smoking, those days are slowly getting few and far from me. (Been on this mindset for awhile)

Become more of the "weekend warrior" partier/drinker.

And for once, to not skip out my gym routine after 3 weeks in. God I have got to stop skipping days, I go for 1.5 hours, every other day, I will accomplish this.

Pray a little more, smile at a few strangers, look at life with a clean slate.

To keep taking small steps forward and take far fewer ones backward. Actually been doing this for a while now so should be do-able.

Wellbutrin FTW. Smoked 3 packs a day. Took it and never looked back. That was Feb of 2000. I think the fact that I was scared to get hooked again kept me away for awhile. Now I can not stand to smell cigs. Good luck with it!

Move out and live under a rock, J/K. See if they will respect you enough to go outside and not smoke around you. that was the toughest. Having a craving, then smelling the demon calling you back! Be strong!
