how hard is it to put on a intake manifold on a b18?

not very... If I remember correctly, it's only 9 12mm nuts. And then you'll have a bracket on the back side. I believe it's 3-4 bolts..12mm...

remove the intake piping. take off throttle cable. remove all electrical connectors, including th injector harness. remove all heater hoses, and it should come right off
