Lee's Birthday January 19 - Will be observed Friday, November 23 Christmas Day December 25 - Will be observed Tuesday, December 25 Washington's Birthday February 19 - Will be observed Monday, December 24"

Really? Does the state of GA really celebrate this shit? I mean, I recede from the great state of Alabama, southern boy right here. But, why is this date on the same list as Memorial Day and Christmas?
