If it is legit. its legit...but I have never heard of anything like this happening before. Roads closing for a race. They need to close down I-20 one night....and the top prizes may be drops in a bucket but seriously, if only a few people sign up then it doesn't make the investment logical. And even scam websites look legitimate thats why they make off with hundreds of thousands of dollars too.
