Question about radio install

So i just purchased a BMW but i have the wiring for my cd player out of my Nissan. The bmw had a cd player in it and the harness for the cd player is still there. Can i just splice my Nissan harness into this one?

Yes. Shouldn't have to splice though. Just hook up the corresponding wires. Later, QD.
