Kobe's in Birmingham has pretty fantastical ramen. If you are ever in that area or go to Barber def check it out. Cheapest thing on the menu is $20 though.

Big Baller is right on. I know some place for shabu that are really amazing. Of course I can make it and you will keel over from overeating. LOL.
