Hey I drive a 88 integra wit a dohc d16a1 and my head is taping really load and i wanted to know if there is anything i can do or will i have to take it to a shop and if i have to take it to a shop dose anyone know any good shops with good prices lmk thanks

adjust the valves and see if that helps first....
