Well I decided I needed a new mountain bike for the 2010 season. So I ordered this a week ago and it came in Thursday. Its still at the shop getting put together so I only have a factory pic. I should have some next week when I pick it up for my first race. Any other mountain bikers?

That thing looks badass!! I have been out of the game for a while, but looking into purchasing a new one within the next month. Looking to spend between 1000-1500, any thoughts on a good mtn bike with full suspension for that price? This will just be a weekend trail rider, so I don't need anything too hardcore.

The one posted above was a little over $1500. Performance bikes in ATL should have some good deals on 09 models. They had some nice Mongooses last I checked. Ill keep a look out for ya.

Yeah I have been on their website; I need to go to the store bc they don't have anything in my size I like on the website. I saw a few full suspension GTs I really liked.

Really? I don't know what all the fuss is about those bikes. The one thing good about it is the weight. The grip shift and head shock sucks. Not to mention when the shock needs replaced you HAVE to take it to a Cannondale dealer then get shafted on the rebuild. Not worth it IMHO.

awesome!
I went out to the trails at Blankets Creek today.
that place was a blast. I almost regret investing in a road bike instead of an mtb
ps: does this mean that you are selling your old bike for the low low? lol
