So my girl calls me tonight and had a fender bender, first wreck, she was pretty upset so i was on my way to get out there, was coming to an intersection at a redlight, and i pulled in front of this car, not really cutting him off, but im sure it prob suprised him

well in the mirror i see he pulls close up to my car and starts to rev it like he is going to rear end me, i get out, goto his window and say wtf, he never once looked at me.

light turns green i go to get back in my car, and the SOB passes me on the left (opposite direction lane) blows his horn and passes me. so i get up next to him throw my arms up like WTF dude

HE THEN Swerves at me trying to hit my car, i swerve to the right and nail a guard rail down the side of my car. by the time i got control of the car with out wrecking and hurting someone else he was to far gone to get his tag number and i was like half a mile from my girls wreck

im not super pissed about it, cause i was going to repaint the car anyway, but now im just gonna have to put money into the body for repairs that i had planned to do other stuff with.

Road rage mother fuckers like this should be hung, its one thing to get pissed, and get in a confratation but dont use your car as a weapon, it could have been pretty ugly.

needless to say he better hope i cant remember his face, because it will look 10 times worse than the car

i didnt start shit, i didnt cut him off i was a good car length in front of him, and put my blinker on, The reason i went to the window was to see why he thought he could use his car as some sort of intimidation method.

then he passed me in on coming traffic so when i got next to him, i just threw my arms up like "wtf" there was no reason to swerve his car at me to run me off the road. what if someone was walking down the road.

Was i in a hurry, yes. My girl was in a wreck. which is understandable. Was what i did road rage? No cause i didnt handle it in a car, i tried to resolve the issue and let him know why i was going so fast, so he would internally feel like a d-bag and maybe slit his wrist.

you de realize if anything were to have happened you would have been charged with road rage. since your the one who escalating it to the next level by getting out of your car. you didnt have to get out. and if you can change lanes within a safe distance your suppose to slow and and change lanes. aka behind the guy. not in front by cutting him off. geez IA is getting fucking stupid every day. i think a lot of poeple need to read the rules of the road again. holy fuck.... yes... That is still defined as road rage. You do not have to be in your vehicle to commit road rage.
