This hostage situation in the post office? Dude in a wheelchair missing a leg holding hostages. Says he has a bomb on his chest. Is this old news or is it happening right now? Im watching the news over here but I dont know how recent the news is.

the news is saying it started at 2pm and since in almost 9 am here, im guessing its pretty current...
