Another DSM question

well my buddies eclipse also has another problem the brake light switch we bought the part today but live ive previously said i dont know anything about DSM cars so i was wondering what do i have to do to replace this switch? thanks again guys

Are you talking about the switch behind the brake pedal itself?
If so climb down under your dash board and locate a remove the switch behind the pedal and replace the same way you removed it.

No problem man, honestly the best way to get under the dash to reach the switch is to recline your driver seat all the way and lay stomach facing the roof and head facing the dash board in the seat. Blood will rush to your head but its really the only comfortable way to get to the switch.
