As Clayton said Im in Augusta so no testing here, but people in ATL pass no problems, some even without a cat from what Ive read on NICO. If its close, there are cheater methods anyways, no one should fail emissions ever!

hey how would it pass emission with the rb motor? it might pass the tailpipe test but there is also a visual test too how would you pass the visual test with the rb motor or the sr motor?

AFAIK an OBD1 car only recieves a visual on the cat and the tailpipe emissions test at 15 and 25 mph. No underhood inspection for OBD1. Like I said, though, i live in Augusta, so I dont really know 100% for sure.

ill trade u my ls/vtec integra, if u want i can install the turbonetcs t3/t4 kit on it but you would have to run low boost because i have jdm b16 pistons in it. last time we check it was at 10.5 with some extra goodies to raise the compression on it . Its a NA BEAST
