Well tonight I went to meet up with Nemesis to take some pics of my car at Atlantic Station. I called him and he told me everyone was meeting up at the BP across the Varsity so I went there. I was going down Spring St which is a 4 lane one way road. I was in the second lane and a car was in the third lane, as I was coming up to pass the car the car suddenly, from the third lane mind you, hangs a last minute left to go into a parking lot. By than I was about 15 ft from him I see what he's doing slam on the brakes and veer left, hit him and than proceed to careen up onto an embankment/wall. Both airbags go off and for some dumbass reason I'm not wearing my seatbelt and my head leaves a nice crack on my windshield. I immediately get out of the car cause of the smoke from the airbags. The other car and his passenger are ok and I'm pretty battered up.
I'll let the pics do the talking. I think it would of been a lot worse if I didn't veer away from the car and if I would of hit a straight wall, that would of def totaled my car. But going up the embankment slowed my car.
This is my car before, oh yeah I've had the car almost 2 months, sold my 02 GTI for it.

This is it on the embankment. The pics don't do it justice, it's weird to see you car on like a ~30 degree angle up on a wall.

This is my car after I had to endure sitting in it while the tow truck driver pulled it off the embankment, it was painful to say the least. Suprisingly it ran fine, no problems.

This is where it was, notice the huge rock. Also that wooden sign, yeah knocked it over. I remember during the accident that sign falling down as soon as I hit it than the airbags going off.

I know I'm gonna feel like total shit tomorrow, I'm already aching all over, knees hurt, have a nice gash on my forehead. I've been in wrecks before but this one takes the cake on the violence factor. I just can't believe someone would, from a third lane over, all of a sudden pull a left to pull in somewhere, stupid people. AND I HAD JUST WASHED IT TOO :rant: Oh yeah and the driver tried to argue that I was behind him WTF? The cop was totally on my side, you could see my tire marks when I slammed the brakes proving I was not behind him but in the next lane. He got cited for improper lane change. I'll take pics tomorrow in the daylight. I hope the car doesn't get totaled out, I'm really gonna be pissed than. Well that's all I can think of now, I'm gonna go lay down and try to forget about this. Everyone just be careful out there, lots of idiots on the road.
Oh yeah does anyone know a good body shop that can repair my car? One that preferably works on aftermarket stuff so I can hopefully get what I deserve on the fenders and hood as far as replacement goes.
