Lately when i go to start it up the car turns over and over and over but does not start. Then all of a sudden it will. Today I was on my way home from work and it shut off twice. After coming to a stop and turning the key off then trying to turn it back on you have to turn the key twice then it will start. Can anyone help me with this problem i think its a fuel pump problem but not sure.
