For me, it would have to be a white or seal gray 996 turbo. There's something about those cars. White is hard to find, so if I find one, I might pull the trigger without even thinking. Gotta hate impulse buys.

Btw, 993 is the best body style in the 911 series, imo. :D

If I had a job, I would buy a 300zx 2+2 and do a vh45de swap and do either a turbo or twin turbo setup with BBS LM's, Tein flex coilovers, brembo brakes, six piston calipers in the front four piston in the back, black interior, nismo short shifter, Folding side mirrors, Clear corner custom headlights with TSX low and high beams. Other nice goodies. Realistically speaking.

I was going to get an M5, but I didn't want to pony up the money at the time. I settled for the E55. However, if they would have been the same price, I probably would have went with the M5, not going to lie.

I have had a G35, 2007 C6 auto Vette, and 2009 C6 6spd Vette. It is just tiring having coupes and I want a big car. I still want a stick though, which is making the search hard for a M5. I've thought about E55 and RS6 but I just love the M5.

But! The M5 has the SMG, and it was offered as a 6speed manual in '07 or '08, can't remember. Sadly, they used the same manual transmission out of the other 5 series cars, and it sucks. Get an M5, you HAVE to.:D

Whats your review on the G37S btw?I loved it, but mine was an auto and became boring. The fit and finish was superb! Also, all of the neato electronics were really advanced...i.e. adaptive cruise, voice activation, navigation, adaptive headlights, etc. The only problem I had with mine was the navigation freaked out once. Just went crazy! As soon as I turned the car off, it was normal again. I'll PM you some more details.:goodjob:

I'm contemplating between a 4DR or another 2DR for 2010.
IS-F or E92 M3 (used) - Current budget is less than 60K for Daily. Just drop, wheels + minor mods.

I thought about the C63 AMG, but something about the new M line that's intrigued me. I almost got one last year for a heck of a deal, but the new crib set me back. It's a long shot since I have better priorities now. :(
To be honest, the reason I'm looking into the IS-F is more of a "settle down" family fun where it won't be just my car. ;) One of my option is to get the IS-F for the lady, driver her 350z as my DD, and finish the G35 the way I want it for the weekend fun. IMO, that's the most "realistic" plan considering my current situation.

Yeah 944's are SUPER attainable, just got to know where to look, plus there is a shop near my house that specializes in them so I know where to take it if I need it serviced... after I graduate this will be my "toy"...

I'd be interested in hearing if it's truly a '85 euro car or an '86 US car built in '85. Over 7,500 Turbos came to the US the first year in 1986.
I still don't like the 2.5L Audi engine that's in them lol! It is the perfect car for an aluminum LSX swap though!

You serious? Expensive as hell. An OEM clutch is $1k+
Have you ever owned a 944 or 951? There cheap as hell, I don't know anyone who paid over $6k for one. Who buys OEM clutches, when you can get SPEC, CM or any other number for 1/2 the price.

Yeah, they really aren't that cheap to upkeep. They are reliable and fairly easy to work on compared to say a 911, but replacement parts are up there. I didn't mean from the factory this was a "Stock" which I meant by OEM replacement from Autozone.
