There's no reason why a CR-V rear subframe can't be made to bolt on. There are AWD Integras in other coutries ;)
On the other hand, there's frame kits for the AUSTIN Mini's that utilize the CR-V drivetrain making it AWD...even uses some miata parts. Might look into seeing what that includes.

keyword... is MADE92-95 Civic, 94-01 Integra, and '96-01 CR-V are practically the same chassis tard. The CR-V does have double wishbone suspension in the rear though but the stock suspension can be left in and use CR-V hub carriers with them.
Who remembers seeing the Braille RWD Integra in '05? (AWD with the front axles in)

Honda Tuning magazine built an integra with the crv awd.(Cant find the article online right now.) Also Honda made a small number of integras and civic's with awd in japan only. They all had sohc's.
