I'll set up the format:

The most i've ever successfully taken up stairs would be the following

Scenario [wife already upstairs, damn, don't wanna make two trips, movie is already in, OK I can do this]

Left hand: Glass of water

Right arm: covered bowl of veggies

On top of covered bowl small glass of milkshake

Right hand: plate of 3 course meal with fork :D

Left Arm Bowl (unused but still had space) :cheers:

I get extra points my staircase has a 90 degree turn with 2 flights
