the last house they had sold for 1.2 mil and they bought it for 820k but its a different market now....


here in atlanta area you can negotiate listed 65k forclosed houses for a cash offer of 25 in cobb alone ive seen two house like this sell.....

in my neighborhood housing is between 120k and 180k and its by no means a bad subdivision...... a house finally forclosed the bank wanted 85k. previous owners wanted 160. the house sold for 40k cash.....


dont go into debt if you can help it man....

I contemplated doing another year in the desert but the thing is the contract world isn't for me. Hence why I'm saving as much money as I possibly world. I'm a family-man and being away from my family is killing me to be honest. I spent the month of October at home, but yet the hardest thing I've ever done was come back to the desert.

Being out here these Firefighters are 'Certified but not Qualified' and it's killing me. I rather come back home and make my 38K and actually make a difference.

Money isn't anything...and being debt free was my number one goal.

Then when it comes to houses I'm looking in Fulton and Cobb. Georgia Multiple Listings and I have become great friends.
