Just put them on. I personally like them, just wish they were thinner. They are super bright at night because they reflect light.

What do you think?

They're not bad, but I don't feel like they're a significant improvement either. Are they reflecting in your pictures, or are they white?

Go red or don't go at all. It will look dumb either way. Your car is a 2 color scheme, silver and black. Why throw in another color?

I like how it was at first. The wheels go well with the black side gills and black front gills Silver would look great, but the white isn't too bad. Nice looking car for sure. Any pics of the E92 M3?

DCT. I'm loving your E55, hurry and get those wheels on it!!Nice. I hear that transmission is amazing. I've only driven one with a manual 6 speed. Thanks for the compliment, it's such a fun car, even for a full automatic! My black emblems were shipped out today. I posted pics in my "build" thread. I think I FINALLY came up with a finish for my wheels. Now I have to ship them out to get them refinished. I won't be putting them on until it warms up, sadly.:(

it gives the impression that you have some nice wheels with a possible lip from far off....unfortunately its just a set of stock wheels made worse with krylon

Man thats some serious 'Tuned by Pep Boys' shit right there. Put down the $15 mods, you drive a BMW.

Rim stripes have always been ugly, they were ugly when Advan released the blue striped on their gold/white wheels, they were ugly when Rays put red striped on their black wheels. They were even uglier when Civic, 240, and WRX guys started spray painting the rims of their wheels to look like the fancier JDM lips.

Now if you have a 3 piece wheel and the inner spokes are one color and the whole rim is another color the 2-tone wheel works much better. You really have to have a deep rim dish so you can see the color extending deep into the wheelwell. And I should shut up before people start painting the insides of their wheels with spray paint . . .

You're making the car look too complicated, the beauty of most cars, german cars in particular, is in their simplicity and elegance. Japanese cars generally need some accents to make them catch your eye, and again this is overdone by 90% of modders who take the two-tone theme too far.

I thought it needed something to break the "hubcap" look.

if it was a white car maybe buy it just doesnt flow with what your setup is but i do beleive you need some contrast with the black wheels? good luck
