Yes I believe so. It is highly unlikey that the mileage on the cluster is actual. Someone probably opened it, rolled it back, and damaged something. Everything else works perfect including all the lighting. I've seen a lot of untouched si cluster's have problems with needle lights going out and stuff. Just the fuel gauge issue on this one.

10% of the time. When you fill the tank it goes just over full. I watch my mileage with the trip odometer and around half a tank it starts to drop slowly. A friend of mine that works at Honda wants to buy it and fix it. He seems to think it's fixable.
