They gave me a quote today for a bonus room in one of my rental homes. I can't stop singing it.

they quoted me $1250 because the room was 503sq ft.

I got another quote at carpet depot for $861 and all of a sudden Empire was going to match it. - "***** PLEASE!!!" They should've came CORRECT the first time.

Spoke to the person moving in and they declined new carpet...lol :cheers:

They were gonna have to pay for it.

He called back while I was in Carpet Depot.

Well He matched...

When comes the time for the REAL DEAL to go down, that's when you waive the cash in their face..or the AMEX asking for an additional discount.

Even though I wasn't paying for it I still wanted to get my renter the Best deal possible.
