im in the market for a head. i have a WTB thread posted as we speak. ive been hit up by coupla people with z6 heads. i need a y8 (obd2 setup). how difficult is it to do the wiring to put a obd1 head on a obd2 setup?

the head will work fine with no MODS.. You use you're intake with injectors and throttle body and all... and use you're header... and use you're dizzy BAM ....You have a running car

word. good juju. thanx. ive never crossed the obd1-obd2 line so i was thinking there was gona be a problem or someshin.

you shouldnt have any problems seeing that your only swapping heads
just use everything from your old setup and put it on the new head and your good to go

that i will. i plan on porting and polishing the one i get. im thinking about doing a full top end job.
