Blocked off? Is the compressor there and all the lines were blocked. It gets hot in New York too. Im thoroughly confused.

the lines are blocked off at fire wall there is no ac compressor the condenser has a block off plate the heat and ac control in side the car the ac button is blocked off if it was removed i doubt i person would go through that much trouble to block everything off so idk either i just know it didn't come with this car for some odd reason idk

got a 93 prelude Si and an 87 dodge ramcharger i'll trade ya , both run good , and you can keep your system
