You can buy them from pull aparts they have the titles to the vehicles as well you will need to talk to them as far as what you need to do and how much it will be but shouldnt be that much my friend bought a DA integra from them when they first got it before anyone could get there hands on it

They usually have parts only title so you can't register it.

I've spoken with the manager of the South Lot and No you cannot buy whole cars from the South Lot (I was trying to buy a 65 Mustang Fastback that they had). Although you CAN buy Crushed cars at a pound-per-dollar scale. Maybe the other lots will allow it, but not the South lot. And just for your info, the "Car Buying" thing is the times that Pull-a-part will buy your junk car from you, not the times that you can go in and buy cars.
