For my girlfriend's birthday, since she is a hugggggge Jay-Z fan, I'm buying her tickets to the Jay-Z Concert. Since I work for the airlines, I fly for the freesky:D, and she flies discounted;). SO i figure, hey rather than buy tickets to the Jay-Z concert in Atlanta, why not buy tickets to the one in Long Island, New York...I imagine it will be a much better concert since Jay-Z is from New York.

Question: I waited long to buy the tickets, so the "better seats" are gone. They have section 228 available for $288(two tickets)---but is side stage seating, and they have section 304($226 for two tickets) which is full stage seating, but its higher up obviously.

So, which one should I buy soley on the basis of view? I'd appreciate anyone who has been to the Nassau Coliseum before's opinion as well.

Thankkkkks:goodjob:;)

For her birthday, maybe you could turn her on to some good music and save yourself some money at the same time. Later, QD.

Seriously, though, that's a tough call. I would probably opt for the 304 view as you may be a bit further out, but you'll see most of everything unobstructed. That side view looks like you'll be getting a good look at the stage gear and stuff and less of the performance. Later, QD.

Here you go:

SECTION 304:

SECTION 228:

According to the concert seating chart, the section 228 stage will be off to the right. The section 304 doesn't look like it'll be that far off. But 228 may be better than I initially thought. It's gotta be your call, man. Later, QD.
