i never went to jail. cop asked me to step out of the car. asked me what i was thinking. told him i wasnt thinking. he wrote me a ticket and told me i had to show up in court. court date comes i go in and they asked "who here want to just pay the fine and leave" i said me. $500 fine. then 3 days later letter in the mail saying i need to send in my license. 6 month suspended

lol yea not seeing the judge thing is bullshit. they told my friend if he wanted to just pay the ticket and not see the judge it would not go on his record. couple months pass and his insurance goes up because the ticket went on his record lolol

He let you go bc 1) it wasn't his jurisdiction 2) he was OFF DUTY (vs undercover) 3) he was prob driving his personal car

well i got caught when i was 16 haha 137 in a 55 (sugarloaf off ramp)

1) didnt get arrested....i was handcuffed and in the back of the cop car and he called my mom and said "give me a reason NOT to take him to jail" my mom sai "i dont have one haul his ass off to jail" than the cop laughed told her to come pick me up and said "have fun with your parents"

2) court date assigned

3) lisence gone 6 months

4) 750 dollar fine

5) 6 month prohbation

6) could do 120 hours of community service instead of fine

7) the judge made a bigger deal outa my case than the robbery/battery/aggrevated assault cases was kinda gay

8) went and bought a volvo

you go to jail. your car gets impounded. you get some continuances, and have like 5 araignments, which puts your court date off till almost after a year after it happened. you turn 21 in the meantime, so your charges wont be so harsh...ill tell you the rest when I get that far haha

i was caught racing off 29 from gloster to bethesda and a sherriff caught us on tape....he was pretty cool about it just gave us a ticket and lets us go wen to court dec 2 and didnt even bring it up i had other tickets the same day sooooo it all depends on if they want to fuck with u or not
