ive use that type of fiberglass in car audio you have to work quick with it though, clean work but the car looks better in the 1st pic, lol. the finished result looks like a mid 90's kit car.

they're using aircraft materials. I've seen it multiple times, using that blue foam, then covering it with fiberglass=strong as fk. as for the great stuff foam, man bet that shit will be much more dent resistant then the .0003mm think sheet metal on all these recycled beer-can civics.

i was wondering when someone would come in and tell these people that they use the foam as a fiberglass mold pretty much, its easier to shape the form into a mold on the car.
