Kate makes the best southwest chicken: pan fried chicken w/ a pepered broth sauce & mashed potatoes :D (getting hungry thinking about it)

mom and I both cook sweet ass food! my favorite is garlic chicken with wild rice, white american cheese, and broccoli, with home made mashpotato's and wine for dinna :D might do that for myself tonight since mom is partying it up

:eek: (thats the closest they have to a drooling smiley lol) Anyways... My mom isn't much of a cooker, but she used to make some bad ass fettucini alfredo... now my grandmother on the other hand... god, the question was what could she not make best.

TOMATO SOUP!!!! 1 can chunked tomatoes, 1 can tomato pureed, 3/4 can chicken broth, 2 pieces of garlic, half a back of spinach (sliced), 1/2 tbsp red pepper, 1 tbsp seasoning

OH man this shit as SOOOO good

My mom makes the best mac n cheese. Not to mention strogenoff (sp?). Instead of beef she uses turkey meat. MMMMMmmmmm not I am getting hungry.

MOM - everything is straight up from back home style..the real deal...just a little greasy IMO..

Joan has honestly learned to cook Spanish food really well. Rice and beans are here specialty.

My mom.....anything. She can cook anything. Again, I'm partial to Spanish food, and Spanish moms and grandmas do it better than just about anybody.

I'm hungry just thinking about it. Somebody needs to come up with a Spanish restaurant that delivers....... :(
