Hmm. I'm in for some idea on numbers on specs for the car, Like curb weight, as well as hp. Because I know for a fact that that engine is capable of 350+ on just about a factory setup. And close to that in torque. And on a vehicle that I'll assume is say 3000 pounds at most on a bad day, thats alot of power. even at 300 hp on 3k pounds, thats 1 hp for every 10 lbs. Thats insanity!!! Also does it have limited slip? pos track? just wondering because with the way I drive, I'd destroy some tires lol. but yeah bump for some specs

A LQ9 is not a corvette engine, nor a LS engine. LQ9 is iron block truck engine that actually only came in Escalades, so im not sure this is LQ9, probably an LQ4. They are essentially the same engine, besides the aluminum/iron block, and the truck heads have larger combustion chambers, but that doesnt really matter. The car is a beast... With the right tune, i can see this thing putting down 500 RWHP! and 500 RWHP in a 2800 LB car is sick. So for somebody who is looking for an easily 11 second car, buy this car, get a tune on it, run race gas and learn to drive. You should hit 11's all day without trying, If you try hard enough, you might even dip into 10's

The LQ9 IS an LSx engine, all LS based componets will bolt on or in the LQ9. The heads on the LQ9 are actually the same ones found on the LS6, they just have a bigger combustion chamber. The LQ9 also came in H2's and was an option in 3500 trucks and vans. Both of my buddies H2's had the LQ9. The LQ4 is just a lower compression version, also 6.0L, also iron block. It doesnt really matter what it was, cuz its now a built 408, but I just wanted to give people the proper info. Im suprised the 317 heads were used for this build though, unless they were milled down a bit? I agree that setup is easily making 500rwhp. Anyway, free bump for an awesome ride.
