I bought a car and the previous owner had a egg thrown on the car and the dumbass never washed it off! So now the egg goo is in my clear coat and paint. Its kinda starting to crack, if anyone has had egg thrown on their car you'll know what I mean. Now, is there any way to wipe or buff this out? Its already made its way into the paint. Also, the area affected is just the roof. 2 big spots.

pics would help, if its made its way into the paint. you're gonna need to repaint I would assume. But I'm not that much of a paint guy. contact Sprayglo, they are a sponser on here....

try using like 1500-2000 grits sand paper and wet sand it until you start to see it fade or you paint fade (you will see your paint on the sandpaper - - do not sand until bare metal...just enough to remove the debri and then stop), then wash it off and give it a really good buff
ps. not a body man but this is what i did to some weird tree shit stain that i had on my car and it worked for me.......the paint is slightly faded but beats an egg print or cost for a whole paint job

^, I personally would just try to buff first, and then do that if just a buff doesn't work. But can't be certain without pics.....

if its in the paint you will have to have the roof of the car repainted entirely.
clear coat only then these buffing ideas would work. in the paint not so much.
