CV boot help

I am rebooting the the axles on my integra and have run into an issue, obviously i know the small end of the boot is not going to streach over the end with the 3 rollers, and im pretty sure that part comes off as a whole somehow, but do i need a special tool, or is there some other technique?? :???:

Take the cup off the inner joint, clean the grease off and there is a snap ring that you can remove to get the tripod out of the joint. Remove the inner boot and then you got it. Reverse instructions to finish up. Make sure to grease up the inner joint.
