alright its a boosted b18b1 in a 1994 civic hatch, first off i have no cels....i found that im having a issue in number 1 due to the fact that it will only idle on 3 cylinders i took the wire out of number one and no change in idle, now my prob is that i took it out to drive and that under 3 its missing but above 3000rpms when it starts to spool its pulls fine but under three if you put it under a load it starts to act like it starts to misfire on more than one...just replaced the cap and wires ect for tune up...and the prob is still there.can anyone help me its starting to get frustrating:2up: reps given for help

check the compression on all cylinders if its even all the way across u fine if cyl 1 is low you got one of three problems... piston rings, head gasket or bent valves

And also you could need a valve adjustment..If the valves dont close , you get low compression

just a question then why does it run on all cylinders when i get in boost....

i mean i could understand if it was low i think it would run in and out of but it stops as soon as i get full spool..

is there any way it could be the dizzy

do the comp test. then if all is good we will come up with more ideas.

Well if your compression IS fine across all , you have misfire issues as stated above
