I'd say do it, just because everything else is color matched. Especially the awesome OEM lip kit. Paint the lip, maybe lower just enough to get rid of the wheel gap. :goodjob:

The only reason why painting it should be done is because the rest of the skirt is painted. It makes it look uneven.
