There called "Limited" Rims. With Tires,LugNuts and Key.

Tread on Tire are 80% Good.

They are 4 Lug Universal.

1 Rim has slight curb damage that can be easily Fixable.

Excuse the dirtyness of them, didnt have time to clean them.
