o2 wiring problem, help!

Ok so I had an aftermarket exhaust manifold installed and the tart who did it for me cut the front o2 wiring so he could ghetto-extend it. Now I'm running a contunious CEL because OBDII does that if you cut the o2 wiring. I need to know where I can purchase a new wiring harness for my front o2 sensor. Possible extended, I need to pass emissions! Help!

He may have wired it incorrectly. It shouldn't throw a code unless it is damaged or wired incorrectly. Check it out w/ that picture above and if you have any other questions , let us know. I've got a Helms for 96-00 Civic so I can tell you the wiring.
