Monthly Rent + Utilities NO MORE THAN $325 Per Person

Right off Satellite near Beaver Ruin
Close to Gwinnett Place Mall

Roomate Requirements:
Must be CLEAN!
Must have steady job!

We do have 2 cats both friendly!

Correction QD! 8 months ago we were looking for a roommate because he was moving out to move closer to his new job in Kennesaw … 2 months ago our other roommate couldn’t pay his bills so we were looking again, but we talked and we decided to let him stay. Now that same guy is going to move out again because he can not pay bills … He owes me over $1000 in past bills!!!! So he is moving back in with his mom so he can catch up with me! That’s why the person we’re looking for now must have a steady job and must be a responsible person! Lots of people can make good friends but so few make good roommates it appears. Ask anyone that has ever lived with me and they’ll tell you I’m one of the best roommates they’ve ever had. Later, DM.

Werd. I don't even live there, and I'll agree to that. But I'm there all the time, so I can say that. lol. Very good people to live with.

I am looking to move out pretty soon. What is the sercurity there? Is there a gate, and parking decks or over hangs for my car or is a car cover needed?
