Trying to finish up my Civic and all i have left is the fuel rail. Now, my question is that the O-rings on the injectors are too fat to fit into the rail itself. I tried some OEM size injector O-rings and 2 of them were leaking. Whenever i tighten down the fuel rail, it tilts back so i'm sure that's not helping with it at all. Any suggestions on what i should do? Tomorrow i'm going to just try and match up some new O-rings and see how that goes. :goodjob:

I have no faith in parts stores around here. I've been a several situations lately where i've needed different O-rings. So i went to buy the assorment set and they didnt even have it!

as far as your fuel rail you might need to shim it up a bit with washers or very carefully take the studs out and swap them with longer bolts.....

you should be using the OEM o-rings, They will be tight, but will go in if you oil them up good. Also shim the rail so it isn't tilted....

If you're gonna use something other then OEM, make sure they are rated for gasoline....

Still having a problem with this! Went to O'reilly's earlier, installed everything. Looked good to go. Let it idle for a few, no leaking. Drive it seriously 1000 ft, come back and it's spraying again!

damn... i got a question for you.......

i remember on my boosted da i had a similar issue..... on the b18a injectors there is a phenolic spacer thing. does your motor have these????

well i think you just need to stack some washers and pull the studs out....tap and use bolts...
