This is the set up thats in my Da It has Ls tranny, B16 pistons and Stock ITR head with no intake, header or exhaust. And I only have a p28 ecu in it (virgin) what can I do for more power? I want a vteckidd header, but will it fit with a/c and p/s? Thanks guys!!

If it going NA. I'd say most I time there's no worries about the capatablity of ac and ps. By i'm no rocket scientist.... Get skunks intake Mani

After you do EVERYTHING. Get it a VERY NICE TUNE!!!!!!!! Most important

well for starters the stock p28 is robbing you and and to put those headers in a da chassis your going to have to cut the cross member or get traction bars...and if your staying all motor, your tranny is also robbing you

getting a closer geared tranny will help you out almost immediately. get the best header you can afford and then get it tuned... or grab a lil basemap from phearable

True, you can chip the p28 and tune, or get a p30. Find you a gsr or b16 tranny.

Everyone has hit it on the head as far as the tranny is concerned, but if you want to keep power steering and A/C your going to have to make some sacrifices with header choices.

Ok so no kidd header. whats a good header to go with to keep a/c and p/s. and b16 or gsr trans are $$$$. i'll have to wait on that for a while. but i know it has more potential it seems slow for sure. thanks for all the info guys.

def get the p28 chipped and tuned once you figure which header you're going with. the fuel and timing curves are way off for your setup...especially timing.

Whats wrong with using a Tri y Replica header with ac or ps?? it must be a DA thing...hmm

and when all is done get tuned at IMPORT EXPERTS!!!!!!!!!

you should go ahead and get some sort of basemap for a b-series vtec before you blow that thing up.

A nice strong clutch will do wonders as well.

1st-tune(kind of smart though so u don't go over 7K with the p28, but still needs the right A/F ratios)
2nd-trans(cause u have the worst possible one)
3rd-worry about what header u want. I always liked the tri-y but Idk if u can keep ac.....

Gonna do a base map on the p28. Talked to scotty at Mainstream today. Good deal $80. Gonna go with the kiddracing mike said it would clear with a notched x-member. HKS hipower cat back and Pswrd JDM whale penis. Clutch and trans will come later. Thanks guys. And lil mike i got it friday traded my hatch and my cb7 for it.

It doesn't matter - and it's not that big of a notch - mine is notched on my wagovan - the KEY is to box the notch back in to add the strength back. Any1 who notches it and doesn't box it back in is a dork. And Scotty's tunes are the bomb in performance AND gas mileage.
