If you can get Dish, why not? Better than both on 100%. Later, QD.

i had dish, weak signal always had issues. mostly becuase of my location. if your serious ask neighbors and go from there if anyone in your area likes it then rock tha dish or direct but for me im charter cable all the way.....

That's a good suggestion. See who has what receiver and ask them how they like theirs. I've been a Dish subscriber for almost 10 years and wouldn't think of ditching them. In fact, this past July, I went ahead and upgraded to full HD with the 250+ channel package and HBO. I pay about $90 for all of this shit. Later, QD.

I have cable just because I could bundle all my stuff into one bill (cable, internet, and home phone), but my parents and my wifes parents have dish. I believe they both love them great quality and alot of hd channels. I will switch once they get local channels in HD.

That's why I was asking why the dude hasn't switched, lolol. I've had HD on Dish since April and have always had local HD channels.

Comparing U Verse to Dish and I pay about $10 less per month and get about 20 more channels. That's comparing the U Verse's U-200 (HD and HBO) to Dish's Top 250 (HD and HBO). U Verse is about $98/month and I pay $88/month for my Dish. But as far as the price, you're right. Anything under $100 is good, lolol. Later, QD.
