^ shi* invite to what? i eat like this like every other day how u think i went from a stacked 220 to a sloppy 252 in 3 months lol! I love to eat good and i was tired of food watching all the time while weight lifting.I quit the gym when i got married and i plan to start back next yr so i am going to eat like a king untill i have to buckle down again:(

Same here man, last year I was 215 gettin sorta ripped....go a dog, quit the gym....figured I could just jog ect for my work outs.....now I am 243 again, but im still jacked a little

^ lol just wate till u get married then u going to be 265 or some bs.. I went in the gym like 2 weeks ago and did a little test and it was not good so i must head that way after all the holiday's leave..
