turn crank till its at tdc. look at cam gears and check to make sure alignment marks are at TDC if it isn't adjust timing accordingly. Also check fuel pump relay I know its stupid but they can fail easily here it is to bypass it.

Oh BTW check the fuel pump fuse on the bottom left kick panel in the drivers side. Good luck and fee bump for a potentially great car!

Yah that was one of the first things I did... All the marks line up. And I already did the 12v mod.

It completely slipped my mind about the lower kick panel.
