Need a prepaid credit card that can be reloaded for cheap. Anyone know where's the cheapest place to go to? Wal-Mart charges like $3 for the card and another $3 whenever you wanna refill it. Anyone know how much VISA gift cards at the mall are?

Buahahah no foo....i'm just tired of credit card fraud. Shit happens every time I order shit. I'd rather just put however much I need on there, make my purchase, and call it a day

CVS, Target, Walgreens etc all have those "pre-paid" towers with cards and gift certificates. $3 Isn't too bad. The prepaid Amex is $5.95
