Celica fuel filter help!

Where is the fuel filter on a 94 celica gt. i think its on the frame but i dont know where. i'm going to have to change it in the parking lot of the apartments outside school. this is going to suck.

follow the fuel line till u find it. if its not an in tank it shold be easy to locate.
