I think Floyd is a little cocky and too flashy with all the "money talk" but he is speaking the truth. Fighting Pacquiao is really a no win for him. Floyd is in it for the money and if approached he WILL fight Pac for the right price. He knows he has one big pay day left and the only way to get it is fight Pac.

Its funny that you think Mayweather can actually knock out Pacman. If the fight is going to end in a knock out, Pacman is the one who is going to be doing it. IF Mayweather wins it WILL be a 12 round decision.
